Oversees the execution and operational control of timely, safe, secure, and professional worldwide transportation for the executive management team and other authorized personnel. Essential Functions Manages daily aircraft schedules to ensure the Corporate Aviation team meets passenger requirements with minimal disruptions Builds each monthly crew schedule in accordance with the Corporate Aviation Flight Operations Manual and Part 91 regulations Manages and builds all worldwide international trip requests based on request, crew duty, aircraft limitations, airport & airspace requirements, and any other applicable country regulations Ensure crew and passengers have all valid documentation required for each specific international location Run safety and risk analysis for each trip and mitigate any issues that arise Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, aviation, transportation or other related areas FAA-issued aircraft dispatcher license required

Minimum Experience:

Seven (7) years of experience in planning, directing or scheduling of corporate aviation or airline aircrews and/or aircraft Dispatch and/or aircraft or aircrew scheduling experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of FAR's 91 and NTSB Part 830 Knowledge of international regulations and ICAO weather and ability to read/interpret weather reports/charts. Ability to read/interpret NOTAMS. Strong planning and organization skills required Excellent human relations, customer service and communication skills required
