Aircraft Maintenance Analyst Baker Aviation - 1.0 Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time $30 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Aircraft system retrofits Aircraft system upgrades Unscheduled aircraft repairs Research Scheduled aircraft maintenance checks Aircraft maintenance Full Job Description Baker Aviation is a Charter/Management company that specializes in high end private aircraft travel, and is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Analyst to join our Fort Worth team. The Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for the collection, review, and management of documentation related to aircraft operations, maintenance logs, and regulatory compliance. This individual plays a vital role in supporting our certificate, helping maintain operational readiness and FAA compliance.
Essential Functions:
Review and audit flight, maintenance, and training documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all documents are stored, updated, and retrieved according to company and FAA regulations. Maintenance records research/preparing log book entries Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and safety departments to manage compliance records. Assist with the development and continuous improvement of document control procedures. Support internal and external audits, including FAA inspections and conformity checks. Preparing due lists and creating maintenance MTRs Maintain secure and organized digital and physical filing systems. Maintenance office admin tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in aviation document control, flight operations, or regulatory compliance (Part 135/145 or 121 environment preferred). Must have experience with CAMP Strong understanding of FAA Part 135/145 operational requirements. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms). Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience working with auditing standards or FAA records programs. Familiarity with SMS (Safety Management System) documentation practices.
