Courier, Armored, Airport & Site Operations Pay Range:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour , based on skills, experience, licensing, and assigned post. We are seeking professional, reliable Armed Security Officers to join our team. This position supports armed courier operations, armored guard services, airport security , and additional armed or unarmed site assignments as operational needs require. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, professionalism, and strict adherence to safety and security standards. Primary Duties Armed Courier Operations Secure transport of valuables, documents, and assets Armored Guard Assignments Protect armored vehicles, cargo, and personnel during operations Airport Security Perform armed security duties in coordination with airport authorities, TSA, and local law enforcement Site Security (Armed / Unarmed) Work assigned posts in accordance with schedules, post orders, and procedures Conduct patrols and maintain a visible deterrent presence Protect people, property, and assets across multiple job sites Complete all required reports and activity logs accurately and on time Mandatory Requirements Valid armed security license or ability and eligibility to complete state-mandated Level III (armed) training Ability to pass and maintain TSA Security Threat Assessment / background screening Clean driving history is required Reliable personal transportation; must provide own fuel for travel to job sites Must pass: Criminal background check and be eligible to qualify for a TOPS-issued security license Work history verification Pre-employment drug screening Ability to work flexible hours , including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be well-groomed and able to maintain a disciplined, professional uniformed appearance at all times Criminal History & TOPS Eligibility (Summary) Applicants must be eligible for licensure through TOPS (Texas Online Private Security) . Disqualifying factors may include, but are not limited to: Felony convictions that prohibit security licensure under Texas law Certain violent, weapons-related, or assaultive offenses Crimes involving theft, fraud, dishonesty, or moral turpitude Active warrants, pending felony charges, or disqualifying probation/parole status Any history that would prevent approval of a TOPS security license or TSA screening Final determinations are made by the appropriate licensing and regulatory authorities. Uniform & Appearance Standards Officers must maintain a clean, pressed, and professional appearance Company provides: Uniform shirts Jackets Hats (as required by post) Officers are responsible for providing: Black uniform pants Black duty shoes or boots (clean and polished; shined appearance preferred ) Failure to maintain uniform and appearance standards may result in removal from post or disciplinary action Training Site-specific training will be provided for each assigned post Ongoing compliance with licensing, firearms qualification, and company standards is required
