Supervisory Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations: Oversee and coordinate activities related to the receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods Lead and manage warehouse staff: Provide direction and supervision to warehouse personnel, ensuring effective team performance Ensure adherence to safety regulations: Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company and legal safety standards Monitor inventory levels: Keep track of stock to manage inventory effectively and prevent shortages or excess. Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods: Oversee the safe and efficient movement of items in and out of the warehouse Implement and maintain organization systems: Organize the storage of goods to optimize space and accessibility You have a great attention to detail You enjoy working with a team or individually to accomplish your tasks Strong customer service skills Like to build long term relationships with your customers

Required Skills/Abilities:

Successful management experience including but not limited to: leadership and motivational ability, time management and organizational skills, training, coaching, and counseling. Knowledge of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices. High level of professional integrity. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ability to write reports and correspondence. High attention to details. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license- REQUIRED Must be able to complete a background check, including FBI criminal history, employment background, and pre-employment drug test. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be a U.S. citizen or provide proof of right to work in the U.S. Associate's degree or higher. A high school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with four years of relevant experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Math Ability:

Ability to understand and analyze financial operations, profit and loss statements, customer invoices, and other mathematical functions necessary to managing the airport operation.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Online Timekeeping, and Outlook, sufficient to write letters, organize schedules, and perform other tasks related to payroll and operations.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid State Driver's License with a verifiable safe vehicle operating record.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct or indirect supervision of all on-site PrimeFlight personnel.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may become high at various times. The employee must be willing to wear/utilize company-supplied personal protective equipment (hearing protection) to mitigate their noise exposure. Some work is in an outside environment, with exposure to hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather.
