Coordines with geographic inspectors for the accomplishment of non-routine air carrier surveillance. B. Certificion Approves/accepts or disapproves/rejects manuals and revisions to such manuals. May require amendments to previously approved manuals to accomplish the following: correct any conflict with regulory requirements; elimine unsafe practices: and/or improve the specificity of instruction. Evalues training programs to ensure th they meet the requirements of 14 CFR. Approves or disapproves these training programs including flight simulors, training devices, or other such equipment used in these programs. Approves/disapproves designion of check airmen and makes recommendions on the appointment of designees. Three years of experience working in an organizion with an air carrier, commercial operor, or air agency certifice, an organizion whose work led to the certificion of individual airmen, or an organizion th opered aircraft. At least one year of this experience must be with an organizion th also opered multi-engine aircraft of more than 12,500 pounds maximum takeoff weight.. Airline Transport Pilot Certifice Minimum 1,500 total flight hours.
