The Aviion Safety Inspector (Aircraft Dispch) serves the certificed dispch/operional control expert technical authority to interface between assigned air carriers/course operors/designed aircraft dispcher examiners (DADE) and the FAA. The incumbent required to complete initial new hire training to include formal and on-the-job training up to 24 months. The Aviion Safety Inspector (Aircraft Dispch) ensures th the individuals and organizions continuously meet the standards prescribed by and applicable to Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulions (14 CFR), agency orders and directives and ensures compliance in all aspects of dispch and operional control-reled issues through the use of a planned surveillance and inspection program on a continuing basis. Specialized Experience Requirements:
In addition to meeting the basic requirements, applicants must meet the specialized experience requirements as outlined below. Aircraft Dispcher Certifice - must include a copy in the applicion Recency of experience: A portion of the applicant¿s specialized experience must have been gained within the last three years. At least two years of experience as a part 121 scheduled domestic and/or scheduled internional (flag) dispcher, and least one year of experience in least one of the following positions: Air Transportion Supervisor (ATS); Designed Aircraft Dispcher Examiner (DADE); An Aircraft Dispcher with primary responsibility for developing, creing, and/or revising dispch manuals and procedures which require a comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulory requirements and current FAA policy for a Part 121 Air Carrier; or A Dispch Instructor for a Part 121 Air Carrier.
