- Copy of a valid California Driver's License Comments and Other Information Upon selection, all applicants must be able to pass a physical assessment exam and pass a background check. Upon selection, all applicants must successfully pass pre-employment and random drug & alcohol screening. Upon selection, all applicants will be required to pay for fingerprint and livescan processing charges.
- Signing bonus: a $2500 signing bonus will be paid in three installments (1st) first payroll after employment (2nd) following completion of 6 month probation period (3rd) following completion of 12 month employment period.
