  • After obtaining a Valid California School Bus Driver's License and called upon to drive the employee may be paid three (3) ranges higher; Length of Work Year 2025/2026 8 hours/ 215 days (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Employment Type Part Time About the Employer
  • F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2.
  • Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5.
  • Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8.
  • Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district.
  • Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting.
  • Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.
Job Summary Job Summary The job of Custodian I/School Bus Driver works under the direction of the MOT Director for the purpose/s of maintaining an attractive, sanitary and safe facility; providing adequate arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and events; and minimizing property damage, loss and liability exposure. As a bus driver, the position is done for the purpose of transporting students over scheduled routes and/or special excursions; enforcing rules, regulations, and laws to maintain safety during transport; ensuring the vehicle is in a safe operating condition; and ensuring safety of students during transport, loading and unloading from buses.   • Prior job-related experience in school or institutional setting;
  • Ability to: Carry out oral and written directions; work cooperatively with those contacted in the course of work; clean school facilities; and to assist other personnel as may be required;
  • Valid Driver License and proof of insurance;
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Pre-employment physical;
  • Obtain and maintain a Valid California School Bus Driver's License to be eligible to receive a one time stipend of $2,000 (paid monthly). Driver's License Copy (Valid Drivers License ) Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters of Recommendation) Other (Proof of Auto Insurance) Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma or equivalent) Resume Requirements / Qualifications
