CDL Motorcoach Driver

Pay & Compensation Charter Drivers:

$27.00

• $31.

50/hour (based on verified experience)

Casino Shuttle Drivers:

$25.00

• $29.

50/hour (based on verified experience)

Guaranteed Minimum Pay:

Always paid at least 4 hours if a trip cancels at the last minute Paid for

All Time:

Pre

• & post-trip pay included (30 minutes each) no unpaid downtime

Tips:

• many team members have advanced into leadership roles Supportive, driver-first culture that values safety, respect, and long-term commitment What You'll Do Charter Drivers Operate luxury motorcoaches on exciting trips across Colorado and interstate destinations Transport groups to concerts, sporting events, ski trips, and tours Follow DOT Hours of Service & maintain accurate logs (ELD Electronic Logging Device) Occasionally support casino shuttle service Shuttle Drivers Operate short-haul casino shuttles within 150 miles Use ELD systems for hours and inspections Support charter trips when available for added variety What We're Looking For CDL-B or CDL-A with Passenger Endorsement ( minimum 2 years ) Clean driving record + ability to pass DOT physical & drug test Mountain driving experience ( minimum 2 years ) Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

US work authorization required. CDL holder with at least 2 years of experience. Passenger endorsement (Required) Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean MVR and criminal background. Must be 23 years of age or older and able to lift 50-75 lbs. Experience using an ELD (Electronic Logging Device) system
