Job Overview Join our dynamic transportation team as a Motorcoach Operator and Bus Driver, where your passion for safe driving and exceptional customer service will take center stage! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for safely transporting passengers via motor coach, school bus, shuttle, or paratransit vehicles. Your expertise will ensure smooth, reliable travel experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Whether guiding tourists on scenic routes or transporting students to school, your energetic approach and attention to detail will make every journey memorable and secure. Responsibilities Safely operate motor coaches, buses, shuttles, or paratransit vehicles according to schedules and routes. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, mechanical integrity, and cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and addressing inquiries professionally. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using effective communication skills. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure optimal operation. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot minor issues. Experience with paratransit services, school bus driving, or shuttle driving preferred. Proven ability to operate motor coach, bus, limousine, or delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members. Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and licensing requirements for bus and shuttle drivers. Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that enhances passenger experience. Ability to handle various driving environments with professionalism and attention to safety standards. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
