Commercial Drivers License Driver - Class B

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver - Class B to join our dynamic transportation team. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of Class B commercial vehicles such as motor coaches, school buses, shuttle vans, and paratransit vehicles to transport passengers or goods. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, mechanical functionality, and compliance with all regulations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and addressing their needs courteously. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks or report issues promptly to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to guarantee safety for yourself, passengers, and other road users. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members using clear communication skills to coordinate routes and address any operational concerns. Requirements Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport or delivery services. Proven experience in commercial driving, bus driving, shuttle driving or delivery roles; prior experience with motor coach or limousine services is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. Excellent communication skills in English to interact professionally with passengers and team members. Knowledge of paratransit operations or school bus regulations is desirable. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Customer service orientation with a focus on safety and professionalism at all times.
