At Children's Learning Place, we're dedicated to helping children ages 6 weeks to 6 years grow, learn, and thrive in a nurturing and engaging environment. We are hiring for a dual-role position :
Morning Bus Driver Afternoon/Evening Substitute Schedule:
Monday-Friday Bus:
~9:00/9:30 AM - 12:00/1:00
PM Sub:
~12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (based on center needs)
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ (bus driver requirement) High school diploma or GED Valid Illinois driver's license CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Complete 15 hours of annual training Required by
DCFS/Health Department:
Physical exam TB test Proof of MMR & Tdap vaccines
Responsibilities:
Safely transport children Support teachers with classroom activities Supervise children at all times Maintain a clean, safe environment (classroom & bus) Assist with meals and daily routines (including potty training)
