This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, professionalism, and serving the community by providing safe and reliable transportation. Responsibilities > Safely operate a bus for scheduled routes > Transport passengers to and from designated locations > Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections with digital forms using personal smart phone > Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle, sweeping the bus at the end of the day and emptying the trash can when needed > Follow all applicable traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety standards > Provide a courteous and professional experience for all passengers Requirements > Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with appropriate endorsements (Passenger and School bus endorsement required) > Must operate as an independent contractor (1099 tax form) > Clean driving record with: No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years . No at-fault accidents within the past 2 years. No history of DUI/DWI. > Ability to pass background check > Ability to pass drug screening (if required) > Pass Child Safety Training (free 1 hour, 1-time online course, provided by Dream Center. Ability to attempt multiple times) > Reliable, punctual, and professional > Strong communication and interpersonal skills > Consistent availability on Sundays and/or

Wednesdays Preferred Qualifications:

> Previous experience driving buses or passenger vehicles >Experience working with churches, nonprofits, or community organizations Schedule >

Primary:

Sundays (morning and afternoon routes)+/or Wednesday evening routs >
