Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley is looking for bus drivers to transport our K-5 and The CLUB Teen Center youth to their activities, field trips, and location transfers. Hiring PT summer seasonal positions, starting June 5, 2026, mornings and/or afternoons between 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursdays, and occasional Fridays with advance notice. Up to 25 hours per week through the end of August 2026.

Qualifications:

Summer Part Time Bus Driver CDL B Must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal background check. Must have a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Bus or School Bus endorsement and clean driving record. Must pass a Department of Transportation physical exam prior to employment and annually thereafter. BGC staff ride along, so your only focus is driving. Flexible schedules with no weekends. Starting pay is $17.50/Hr DOE.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions. Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff, and the community. Ability to perform duties with awareness of organizational requirements and Board of Director's policies. An understanding of confidentiality and commitment to abide by confidentiality regulations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.
