Bus Driver

Midland University, a private, faith-based, liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is accepting applications for a Part-Time Bus Driver. Midland University is looking for a Part-Time Bus Driver to transport our Student-Athletes and Coaches to various sporting events.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Be able to safely operate university owned buses Be able to navigate to various competition across the Midwest Be able to follow itineraries and schedules provided by coaches Be able to perform pre- and post- trip inspections Be able to complete vehicle logs and maintenance request Be able to travel for multiple days/nights in a row Minimum Qualifications include: Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record insurable by Midland's insurance plan. CDL with passenger endorsement required. Air brake endorsement preferred. High school diploma or GED Experience driving buses ideally with sports teams Committed to safety and customer service

Compensation:

$22 per hour and $300 per overnights
