Job Description

Description:
Children's Choice is seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Bus Driver. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely transport elementary school children on field trips with adult supervision on board. This position is seasonal, open during school breaks such Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break.
Location:
Albuquerque, NM Hours:
Monday to Friday up to 40 hours per week during the summer, spring, and winter.
Compensation:
$35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus or similar vehicle to transport elementary school children to various field trip destinations. Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board during transportation. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior. Communicate effectively with school staff and chaperones to coordinate pick-up and drop-off times. Provide excellent customer service to both adults and children.
Requirements:
Valid Class B CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement. Proven experience in driving a school bus or similar vehicle. Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to adults and children. Professional, warm, and friendly demeanor.
Pay:
From $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
