As a Weekend Coach Bus Driver, you will operate large motor coaches on scheduled routes, primarily during weekends, delivering passengers safely to their destinations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create positive journeys for all riders, making every trip memorable and enjoyable. Duties Safely operate coach buses on designated routes during weekends, adhering to traffic laws and company policies Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all riders Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the bus, checking mechanical systems, brakes, lights, and safety equipment to ensure optimal performance Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and passengers throughout your shift using radio or other communication devices Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering travel information, and addressing passenger needs promptly Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents that occur during your shift Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly Experience Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger vehicles (e.g., P endorsement for passenger transport) Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driving roles with a focus on safety and customer service Knowledge of mechanical systems related to motor coaches and buses; ability to perform basic maintenance checks Experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus but not required Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial driving Prior experience operating limousine or drivers is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Weekend Coach Bus Driver and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering safe, friendly, and professional transportation services!
