School Bus Driver

SAR Academy, a Modern Orthodox, co-educational day school in Riverdale, NY, is seeking an experienced School Bus Driver to join our team beginning April 2026.

Position Details:

• This is a 10 month position (September
• June)
• Follows Academic Calendar
• Weekdays Only
• Split Shifts (AM and PM Routes)
• Report to the bus in Riverdale (Bronx) by 6:00 AM
• Guaranteed 40 Hours per week

Requirements:

• Prior experience driving a large school bus
• Valid CDL Class B with Air Brake and School Bus Endorsements
• Article 19-A Compliant

• English Speaking Compensation:

• $31.70 per hour ($52,000 annual salary (September
• June))
• $7,500 Bonus for experienced candidates $1,500 upon hire $6,000 paid quarterly during 2026-2027 school year
