1950 NE 102nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97006 About the Role The Springs at Tanasbourne is seeking a on-call Transportation Driver with the perfect blend of personal warmth and technical skills. You will be responsible for driving residents to appointments, shopping, excursions, and purchasing any needed supplies for the community.

Friendly and observant Flexible and patient Organized and dependable Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Qualifications Current CDL with a P endorsement (required) Experience working with seniors (preferred) Demonstrated customer service experience Completion of a background check and drug test upon hire Key Traits & Skills Empathy and patience to understand each resident's unique story and interests A lively sense of humor and the ability to foster community connection Respect for confidentiality and individuality Excellent communication skills Team-oriented, organized, and dependable
