Bus Driver- Motorcoach

Executive Coach Inc. has been delivering safe, comfortable, and professional motorcoach transportation across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the Northeast since 1979. We are a family-owned and operated company serving a wide range of clients — from weddings and school trips to corporate events, sports teams, government officials, and multi-day tours. Our modern fleet includes 40-passenger standard coaches and 56-passenger luxury coaches, all meticulously maintained and equipped with top-tier amenities. Our drivers are the face of our business, and we take that seriously. The Role We are currently hiring drivers — both full-time and part-time — to safely operate our motorcoaches on charters ranging from local Lancaster-area runs to interstate and international travel, including single-day and multi-day trips. Responsibilities Safely operate motorcoaches in compliance with all traffic laws and DOT regulations Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Board and deboard passengers; deliver safety announcements and trip information Ensure the comfort, safety, and welfare of all passengers throughout every trip Maintain a clean driving record and professional demeanor at all times Assist with luggage and cargo up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements Licensing:

Valid CDL Class A or Class B Air Brake Endorsement Passenger (P)

Endorsement Experience:

Minimum 2 years of CDL passenger driving experience Large vehicle cargo-carrying experience, such as Motorcoach, school bus, and transit bus. All considered.

Minimum age:

25 years old Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Additional:

Good character and positive work history Must pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check Clean driving record required Schedule & Availability We are a 7-days-a-week charter operation. Our busiest period is Friday through Sunday.

Full-time drivers:

Pay:

Up to $28.50 per hour
