Overview Part-Time Van/Bus Driver (CDL Required) Drive with Purpose at Willow Valley Communities! Wage:
$17.00 per hour What You'll Do Safely operate vans and buses in compliance with state driving laws and CDL regulations Drive in a professional, courteous manner that reflects Willow Valley Communities' values Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicles, as needed Properly secure wheelchairs, including leg and shoulder restraints, following established procedures Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies such as illness, accidents, or fire Inspect the vehicle after routes to check for lost items and remove trash Refuel vehicles and report maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor What You Bring Valid PA CDL Class B license with Passenger (P) endorsement (required) Less than a high school education with 3-6 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Prior bus driving experience ( strongly preferred ) A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service Schedule & Hours Part-Time position Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Location Millwood Service Center 480 Millwood RdLancaster, PA 17603
