Tour Bus Operator

About us Ride Deadwood is a locally-owned small business. We are a seasonal bus tour company that operates tours 7 days a week from May 1st to October 31st in Deadwood, South Dakota. We own the only Double Decker bus in the state, so working on our team is a fun and unique experience. As part of the team, tour bus operators drive the bus while a live tour guide narrates to patrons on board. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving smoothly, safely navigating narrow streets, interacting with our patrons in an enthusiastic manner and be able to sale tickets using their own smart phone. Must have CDL with passenger and air brake endorsement. Prefer 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities:

Drive buses Perform daily maintenance checks on buses Know and follow state traffic laws Communicate with passengers Be able to handle difficult passengers, weather, and traffic conditions Ticket sales using mobile app on smart phone

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
