As a Bus Driver and School Monitor, you are responsible for safe transportation and reinforcing UPA's culture of structure, safety, and respect throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities Transportation (Bus Driver) Safely transport students to and from school and designated stops Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and safe bus environment Communicate effectively with families and school staff as needed What You Bring Valid CDL license or willingness to obtain) Strong commitment to student safety Professionalism and strong communication skills Ability to manage student behavior calmly and consistently Reliability and punctuality Success Metrics 100% safe and on-time transportation No preventable safety incidents Strong student behavior on bus and during monitored times Consistent, professional communication with families and staff Why UPA? $21 to $25 Per Hour Job Requirements At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. High School/Trade School degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required
