6 Months CDL B Verifiable Experience Required Clean MVR No Major Violations In the Last 5 Years No More Than 3 Minor Violations in the Last 3 Years NO DUIs At Least 25 Years Old Passenger Endorsement Preferred (Will Help Obtain)
