This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and helps ensure exceptional customer services while maintaining compliance with all safety, confidentiality and chain of custody requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pickup laboratory specimens from assigned client locations according to scheduled routes. Deliver laboratory supplies, collection materials and items to client facilities as needed. Ensure all specimens are transported safely and in accordance with laboratory policies. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and delivery receipts. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues, load vehicle with all necessary supplies. Communicate professionally with clients and dispatcher regarding pickups, deliveries and services needed. Report specimen issues, supply shortages, client concerns, or route delays to management promptly. Ensure HIPAA compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies during every phase of the delivery process. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes efficiently. Familiarity with GPS navigation and route optimization tools, with a focus on route planning and time management Frequent driving, ability to enter and exit vehicle multiple times throughout the day.
