Job Description:

Community Inclusion Facilitator (CIF) / Direct Service Provider Social Vocational Services (SVS) is an innovative day program that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide training & support necessary for those who participate in the services to achieve their social, recreational, vocational & residential goals.

Position Purpose :

To provide vocational and/or skills training to persons with developmental disabilities.

DSP Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist client in selecting realistic goals and objectives.
• Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client's progress on goals and objectives.
• Pick-up and drop-off clients according to written schedules.
• Record data and maintain field books.
• Provide constant supervision to clients.
• Participate in clients' planning team to develop goals, objectives and natural supports.
• Our care giver must be a Mandated Abuse Reporter
• Substitution positions also available

Driving and License Requirements :

Must have a good driving record and a valid California Driver's License. May be required to drive 9 passenger van.

Criminal Record Clearance :

Must obtain Department of Justice/FBI fingerprint clearance prior to hire.
