Courier Driver - Mountain Operations 106
We're looking for reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Courier Drivers who enjoy being on the road, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a growing company with strong values and a great team culture. What You'll Do Safely and efficiently complete delivery routes throughout mountain communities Load, unload, and transport packages and materials Provide excellent customer service and represent 106West professionally Maintain delivery accuracy and attention to detail Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams Operate safely in varying weather and winter driving conditions Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times What We're Looking For Clean driving record Comfortable driving in winter mountain conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Personable and professional attitude Clean and professional appearance Enjoys driving and working independently Able to take direction and feedback well Non-smoking workplace preference Prior delivery or logistics experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive pay: $26-$30/hour based on experience Health care benefits 401(k) eligibility after 6 months Two weeks paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving and innovative company Work in beautiful mountain communities with a supportive team About 106West Logistics 106West Logistics operates dedicated courier routes throughout Colorado's mountain communities, providing reliable, professional delivery services that businesses depend on every day.
