On Demand Medical Courier/Independent Contractor Capstone Logistics, LLC. - 2.6 Greenwich, CT Job Details Contract From $350 a week 8 days ago Qualifications Scanning Driver's License Mobile devices Full Job Description Capstone Logistics is looking for Independent Contractor Couriers with a 2014 or newer vehicle to pick up and deliver medical and lab specimens to and from various locations.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
This position is based around Greenwich Hospital, but drivers are expected to travel throughout surrounding areas including Stamford, Norwalk, and nearby New York locations as needed. Additional travel outside these areas may occasionally come up depending on dispatch coverage and driver availability. Flexibility is required for this role. Successful contractors are expected to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining professional communication with Dispatch, Partners, and Customers. All contractors must safely transport specimens, complete required scanning and picture-taking through the app, and maintain communication with Dispatch throughout the shift.
POSITION DETAILS
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional On-Call compensation: $70/day Pay for all rush jobs completed during the shift/ Pay per loaded mile Contractors are expected to remain available during scheduled hours Most work will stay within the Greenwich surrounding areas, but travel flexibility is required
REQUIREMENTS 18
years or older Valid driver's license Current insurance CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report Must be listed on vehicle insurance Smartphone required Reliable 2014 or newer vehicle Comfortable traveling throughout multiple surrounding areas
