Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries. Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete, verifying contents against delivery manifests. Maintain vehicle maintenance and perform routine safety checks before and after shifts. Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with knowledge of route planning and navigation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical stamina to handle long periods of driving, lifting heavy items, and moving packages. Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, loading/unloading cargo, and warehouse operations.
