The Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM), Chief Engineer's Office, is looking for a Messenger in Honolulu to collect, distribute, and deliver various correspondence and other materials on a daily basis and perform various clerical duties as needed. What You Will Do Collect, sort, distribute, and deliver various correspondences and materials. Operate a motor vehicle in the performance of messenger service to outlying areas. Operate simple office machines to make duplicate copies and to shred documents. File papers/correspondences and answer telephone and take/relays messages. Run errands and pick up/deliver items. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
: Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
: Six (6) months of general clerical experience.
Substitution :
Business school or college-level credits from an accredited college/university will substitute for experience on a month-for-month basis for the general clerical experience.

LICENSE REQUIREMENT
