- $180 a week 1 day ago Qualifications English High school diploma or GED Driver's License Attention to detail Driving Organizational skills Home health Mobile devices Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a Hospital Supply Clerk to service hospitals located in the Joliet area, that may also be able to help with our Kankakee, Aurora, and Elgin hospitals as needed.
This is a part-time Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and already familiar with the hospital or healthcare setting. You will be responsible for ensuring supplies are well-stocked, accurately documented, and available where needed throughout the facility. Responsibilities Manage inventory and restock supplies at 1+ hospitals per week. Perfect candidate must live within 10 miles of Joliet, and would be willing to go to Joliet, Aurora, and Elgin as a backup if needed. Should have availability at least two business days per week to do the inventory and ordering sometime between the hours of 7:00am and 3:00pm when the department is open at the hospitals assigned. Replenish the Emergency Department, Materials Management, and other designated hospital locations. Ensure accurate tracking and handling of patient-related equipment and supplies. Communicate effectively with hospital staff and materials management teams. Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and confidentiality standards. Smartphone required, and a laptop/tablet/ or iPad a plus. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospital, home health, physical therapy, or healthcare support role preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with patient information handling and hospital procedures Ability to work independently, manage multiple locations, and meet deadlines Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover multiple facilities each week Compensation $75.00
00 per hospital visit As an independent contractor, you would submit your Facility Visit Invoice Form with your Stock Count & Reorder Form for each facility visited by the 15th of the month following the month of service. Payment will then be made on OrthoKinetix's standard contractor payout scheduled based on the approved invoice received. You will receive a 1099 form. Requirements of the Hospitals

00 per week Application Question(s): Are you available on Wednesday and Thursday this week for training? Are you available at least two days a week to go to your assigned hospital some time between 7:00am and before 3:00pm to handle the inventory? It may take you between 1 to 4 hours at each hospital that you are assigned to. If required by the hospital, are you okay with taking a TB test? Are you able to drive to Joliet, Aurora, and Elgin if needed as a backup?
