US Parts and Service is a trusted leader in the aggregate industry. known for our commitment to quality and customer service. We are currently looking for a dependable Parts Runner to join our team. This position will include occasional overnight travel to our sister locations in the Midwest, ensuring smooth operations across our network.Job Description:
As a Parts Runner , you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations by picking up and delivering parts, supplies, and materials to and from various locations, including warehouses, vendors, and our sister location in the Midwest. When needed, you will be expected to travel overnight to sister location to ensure all parts and materials are delivered promptly and safely.Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve, deliver, and pick up parts and materials to/from various locations, including occasional trips to our sister location in the Midwest (overnight travel required). Keep accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups. Ensure that all deliveries are completed on time, supporting our production and service teams. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate deliveries. Follow safety protocols and traffic laws while driving. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle. Assist in loading and unloading materials and parts as needed. Perform minor administrative tasks or errands as required. Others duties as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry heavy parts, materials, and equipment (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]). Previous experience in a parts runner or delivery role is preferred. Willingness to travel overnight to our sister location in the Midwest when needed. Strong communication and organizational skills.
