Job Description

Job Summary The Logistics Support position is responsible for supporting the daily movement, organization, fulfillment, and delivery of cannabis products within a licensed cannabis cultivation facility. This role may include working in the vault to pick, pack, organize, and prepare orders, as well as assisting with transportation and deliveries to licensed dispensaries. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, compliance awareness, and the ability to follow all company, state, and regulatory requirements related to cannabis handling, inventory, security, and transportation. This position may be assigned to vault operations, order fulfillment, transportation, inventory support, or other logistics-related functions based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, organize, and prepare cannabis product orders for dispensary deliveries. Work in the vault to maintain accurate product organization, storage, and order fulfillment. Verify product information, quantities, labels, manifests, and order accuracy before release. Assist with staging completed orders for delivery according to company procedures. Maintain proper handling, storage, and security of cannabis products at all times. Maintain chain-of-custody and inventory accuracy throughout all product movements. Support inventory counts, audits, reconciliations, cycle counts, and product movement documentation. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing finished goods inventory. Accurately complete METRC-related documentation and inventory transfers as assigned. Follow all state cannabis regulations, company SOPs, security procedures, and inventory control requirements. Assist with loading and unloading products for transport. Drive company vehicles and complete deliveries to licensed dispensaries when assigned. Ensure all required delivery documentation, manifests, and transport records are accurate and complete. Maintain professional communication with dispensary personnel and internal departments. Report discrepancies, damaged products, inventory concerns, or compliance issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment. Assist with general logistics, warehouse, and vault operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or delivery experience preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for employees assigned delivery duties. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and ability to complete required documentation accurately. Ability to obtain and maintain an active Illinois Cannabis Agent Identification Card. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a warehouse, vault, and transportation environment. Ability to safely operate company vehicles when assigned delivery responsibilities. Ability to sit for extended periods while driving company vehicles when assigned transportation duties. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Work Environment Licensed cannabis cultivation and warehouse facility. Exposure to warehouse equipment, inventory storage areas, and transportation activities. Must adhere to all safety, security, and compliance requirements.
