49 United States, Illinois, Rockford 5970 Churchview Drive (Show on map) May 11, 2026 OVERVIEW Safely transport and deliver supplies, equipment, and other materials between locations while following assigned routes and schedules. This role includes loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining accurate delivery records, securing keys and equipment, and operating Mercyhealth courier vans in a safe and professional manner.

49 ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow detailed route instructions and schedules. Record and maintain detailed logs as required. Secure keys and key cards at all times. Pick up, load, unload and deliver a wide variety of supplies and other items (as described in the Summary above). Safely operate a motor vehicle, specifically the Mercy Courier Vans. Repetitively enter and exit the driver and cargo areas of the vans Document pick up and deliveries using tracking software

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
For those driving Mercyhealth vehicles: Maintain a valid driver's license. Have and maintain an acceptable driving record per Mercyhealth's HR.100 Fleet and Driver Safety policy. For those driving their personal vehicles: Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance when requested. Have and maintain an acceptable driving record per Mercyhealth's HR.100 Fleet and Driver Safety policy.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
