Job:

To provide complete, accurate, on time reports to our clients. To perform the drug test ordered, specimen collection, urine specimen collection on same sex clients, reporting results, and all other duties following the practices and procedures maintained by the company. Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Basic Purpose:

Provide clients with complete, accurate, and timely reports.

Testing and Collection:

Perform ordered drug tests and specimen collections, including urine collection for same-sex clients, adhering to company practices and procedures.

Accuracy and Compliance:

Ensure all specimens are collected accurately and on time according to established procedures and DOT guideline 49 CFR-Part 40.

Documentation:

Accurately complete chain of custody and Alcohol Testing Forms, ensuring results and reports are faxed or emailed to the appropriate locations.

Logistics:

Use proper forms for various collections and package specimens for transport to the correct laboratory.

Administration and Service:

Maintain records and provide customer service to clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform all other duties as assigned.
