Job Description

Valiant is looking for a MILES General Clerk II to join our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Configuring case quantity sheets for technicians to build MILES transit cases for issue to incoming Rotational Training Units (RTU). Data input and filing to provide accurate accountability and visibility on all MILES equipment. Preparing documentation for the issue and receipt of MILES equipment. Clerical tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following: Documentation of individual training files; Maintenance of employee records; Verification of accuracy of daily employee sign-in sheets; accuracy of work scheduling; Preparation of routine office correspondence and briefing materials. Individual performs other duties consistent with this DOL occupational specialty and work requirements as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
High School Diploma
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs of Word, Excel, and Power Point. Valid Driver's License. Able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations. Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening, will be subject to random drug screenings.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
