Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsibility involves picking up deposit transactions for business clients and delivering interoffice mail and various documents. DUTIES Visits business clients to pick-up deposit transactions in a time manner as per scheduled route. Delivers and retrieves interoffice bags to branch locations. Handles external mail to and from the post office on a daily basis (if applicable). Monitors and reports courier vehicle maintenance issues, including regular fueling (if applicable). Maintains work schedule and arranges for coverage during planned absences. Maintains and protects confidentiality of client information. Maintains regular, on-time attendance. Remains current in assigned training and continuing education for position responsibilities (online, video, in-house emails, telephone seminars, etc.) Complies with all regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act and all others specific to their position. Performs other various duties as assigned.

Communicates on a regular basis with staff at all branch locations.

Communicates on a regular basis with business clients. SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Passion for providing a stellar client service experience to all clients (external and internal) and ability to instill this passion in others. Excellent interpersonal skills (tactfulness, cooperation, courteousness and client friendliness) are necessary to represent the bank in a positive manner. Positive and cooperative approach when working with others. Excellent verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively present information to clients and management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to adhere to a timely schedule.
