Maximize and deliver with the utmost care and attentiveness, with our clientele in mind. We forge value-added relationships through innovative service offerings, adaptability, and integrity while establishing the best-in-class Secured Logistics approach. The Messenger is responsible for interfacing with customers, organizing cargo & paperwork, handling any delivery issues with dispatch, and handling any customer payment issues with dispatch, notify customers prior to arrival, constant communication with dispatch during daily delivery activitiesReports To:
Field Team Dispatch/Routing Manager, Director of Operations as necessary.Schedule:
Monday - Friday, some Saturdays as necessary. Responsibilities & Duties Interfacing with Customers Organizing cargo & paperwork Handling any delivery issues with dispatch Handling any customer payment issues with dispatch Notify customers prior to arrival Constant communication with dispatch during daily delivery activitiesQualifications & Skills:
- 1 + years METRC Experience
- 1-2 years of Cash-In-Transit Experience
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
Excellent Communication Skills Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Must not be employed by any other cannabis company.
- Must not have been convicted of a felony in the last 5 years
- Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving a controlled substance in the last 5 years
