This energetic position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety. You will be responsible for handling cash logistics, maintaining secure operations, and supporting the overall financial services offered to our clients. Duties Safely transport cash, valuables, and financial documents between bank branches, ATMs, and authorized sites following strict security protocols Verify shipments against manifests and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and cargo to detect signs of tampering or fraud Maintain detailed records of cash movements, delivery logs, and incident reports using financial software and manual logs Assist with cash handling procedures including counting, balancing, and reconciling debits & credits during transfers Support fraud prevention efforts by monitoring for suspicious activity during transportation and reporting anomalies promptly Collaborate with banking staff to coordinate schedules, deliveries, and pickups efficiently while upholding safety standards Experience Prior experience in cash handling, retail math, or cashiering is highly desirable Familiarity with banking operations such as loan processing, upselling financial products, or customer relationship management is a plus Knowledge of basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and 10-key typing for accurate data entry Experience with financial software or cash management systems enhances your ability to perform duties effectively Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members in high-pressure situations Demonstrated ability to adhere to security protocols related to fraud prevention and theft deterrence Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy containers or standing for extended periods during shifts Join us as an ATM Messenger if you are motivated by a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a difference!
