Labor & Birth / Postpartum Doula

Precious Cargo Doula Services is hiring dedicated and dependable doulas who are committed to providing high-quality support to families. We are specifically looking for candidates who are ready to take on clients and follow through with care and professionalism . Responsibilities Provide labor and/or postpartum support Assist clients with comfort measures and emotional support Respect birth plans and client autonomy Maintain on-call availability when scheduled Communicate clearly with clients and agency Requirements Passion for birth work Strong reliability and follow-through Ability to be on-call Transportation required Professional communication skills Preferred Doula training or certification Experience attending births CPR certification Schedule On-call shifts required Weekdays, evenings, weekends, overnight as needed Compensation Paid per client (details discussed during onboarding)

Pay:
