Courier Driver

Role Summary The Courier Driver will handle outbound package deliveries from the office to designated courier service depots. The position is execution-focused and requires reliability, accuracy, and speed. Key Responsibilities Pick up packaged orders from the office on a scheduled or as-needed basis Transport and deliver packages to assigned courier depots such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ensure all packages are delivered intact, on time, and to the correct location Obtain official drop-off receipts for every delivery made Submit proof of delivery, including receipts, to the direct supervisor for tracking and payment processing Provide advance notice when multiple trips are required within the same day Capture and submit video documentation when handling bulk or multiple delivery runs Maintain clear communication with the supervisor regarding delivery status, delays, or issues Requirements High level of reliability and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and handle repetitive operational tasks Strong attention to detail when handling packages and documentation Intermediate smartphone proficiency for communication, video recording, and submission of proof Familiarity with local routes and courier depot locations is an advantage Payment is made per drop off Please note: This is a gig-based (freelance/contract) role.
