Our client, a clinical laboratory located in Hamilton, New Jersey, is seeking Lab Attendants .Responsibilities:
Sort and unpack specimen deliveries. Count and compare the courier and field service technician specimens to route sheets. Scan all paperwork received with deliveries. Identify all necessary information on test requisition forms and match information on collection vials for accuracy. Identify correct documentation and procedures for missing or discrepant information. Accession multiple types of specimens including blood, urine, swabs, synovial fluid, ticks, biopsies, etc. Take pictures of outside specimen vials or containers. Print labels and number of requisitions with corresponding specimens. Take temperatures of the clinical lab.Skills and Qualifications:
