In this role, you will be responsible for delivering lightweight packages for a sign company to various locations throughout New York City. The position offers flexible weekday hours and utilizes a company-provided midsize vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver lightweight packages to NYC destinations Maintain a timely delivery schedule Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Required Qualifications:

Valid and clean driver's license Familiarity with NYC streets and traffic patterns Strong punctuality and time management skills Ability to work independently and follow delivery instructions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires heavy lifting, route driving, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Safely drive designated routes to deliver and pick up packages in a timely manner. Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and care of items. Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks for efficient movement of products. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including any necessary documentation. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any inquiries or concerns. Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including organizing inventory and supporting team members. Experience Previous experience as a Courier or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently. Experience with heavy lifting and moving items safely is essential. Knowledge of customer service principles to enhance client satisfaction during deliveries. Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly. Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus, including familiarity with loading and unloading procedures.
