Job Description

Sunrise Clinical Lab is part of Sunrise Group of Companies, an aggressively growing healthcare services provider with multiple lines of business and offices throughout New Jersey.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 6am-12pm and Friday 6am-9:30am Collect urine specimens for Toxicology Testing via supervised or unsupervised methods. Follow Collection procedures and protocols as it pertains to the Client site Verify patient and insurance information Complete necessary documentation accurately and legibly Transport or arrange for transportation of specimens to laboratory Maintain proper chain of custody Abide by HIPAA Regulations and Confidentiality Standards Maintain professional boundaries while interacting with clients Travel to designated Client Site(s) Participate in necessary educational/training activities Demonstrate customer service & compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff. Communicate with, understand, and react effectively to a diverse patient population base. Provide excellent customer service to your assigned account while maintaining focus on the needs and expectations of the company. Ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained while showing independent judgment and good reasoning ability Effectively work with internal departments to resolve issues. Must have interpersonal skills to gain cooperation with other departments and foster continuous improvements. All other assignments as directed by management
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Official High School Diploma will be required) 6 months to 1-year experience working in medical field preferred Basic Mathematical knowledge and legible handwriting required
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Active driver's license/reliable transportation Strong interpersonal skills Able to relate well with clients in a professional and compassionate manner Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner Must be well organized and detail oriented Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks Act professional and maintain appropriate boundaries with peers and patients.
