Courier Driver

Job Summary The Courier is responsible for safely operating a company‑provided vehicle to deliver products to retail stores and distributors throughout New Mexico. This role includes loading and unloading products, assisting with logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with all State DMV regulations. Potential mandatory OT and overnight stays depending on weather and business demands - Expenses paid 1+ year of previous professional or commercial driving experience required. Key Responsibilities Safely drive a company‑provided vehicle to deliver products to retail stores and wholesale distributors typically 400-500 miles a day . Current drivers license abstract report and background check required. Ensure products are secured and handled carefully during transit. Follow all New Mexico DMV transportation laws. Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections; report issues promptly. Assist in loading products at the warehouse prior to departure. Unload products at retail stores and ensure products are placed in the correct secure areas. Maintain accurate records of loaded/unloaded products and inventory manifests. Verify order accuracy, signoffs, and required paperwork at each delivery stop. Maintain delivery logs, manifests, and chain‑of‑custody documentation according to regulatory standards. Interact professionally with retail staff and client representatives. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively on every delivery. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle. Report mechanical and safety concerns immediately. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. Previous delivery or driving experience (preferred). Ability to safely lift and move products (up to ~50 lbs or as required). Strong communication and time management skills.
