Job Description

Keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. In this hands-on role, you'll support daily business functions—from facility upkeep to critical deliveries—ensuring every department has what it needs to succeed.

What You'll Do:
Perform general building and grounds maintenance, including cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, and minor repairs Handle mail processing and delivery between offices and the post office Complete daily bank deposits and assist with cash handling Support deliveries of books, maps, supplies, and travel-related materials Operate and maintain postage equipment, including monitoring funds and supplies Maintain inventory levels for departments and assist with company vehicle upkeep
What You Bring:
Previous experience in general maintenance or facilities support Clean driver's license and ability to travel between locations Cash handling experience and attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow direction effectively Flexible schedule with availability based on business needs Strong organizational skills and reliability
