Inventory and Courier Associate Location:
Middletown, NY Salary:
$20 hourly Seeking Inventory and Courier Associate to support daily inventory management and transportation needs across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, managing logistics, and helping ensure programs have the supplies and equipment needed to operate efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels, receive shipments, conduct stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records. Organize and maintain stockrooms, storage areas, furniture, and equipment inventories across agency locations. Transport supplies, documents, and equipment between agency sites while maintaining delivery documentation and proof of receipt. Prepare requisitions, monitor supply needs, and support general logistics and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; inventory, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. Valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
