Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Courier to join our dynamic delivery team! As a Courier, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and driver vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload packages using heavy lifting techniques, forklifts, or pallet jacks as needed Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality Deliver packages accurately to customers' locations, ensuring proper handling and secure placement Communicate professionally with customers upon delivery, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and route logs throughout each shift Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving shipments within the facility, and supporting loading/unloading operations Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures and heavy lifting techniques Ability to operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks with manual transmission proficiency Familiarity with forklift operation and pallet jack handling is a plus Excellent driving record with knowledge of traffic laws and safety standards Physical stamina for moving packages of varying weights and durations of driving shifts Join us in delivering excellence!
