This role is essential to ensuring efficient mail distribution, shipping services, and general office support. Key Responsibilities Support incoming and outgoing mail operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Sort, log, and distribute interoffice mail. Perform scheduled courier pickups and deliveries using company vehicle. Process outbound shipments via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Maintain and replenish office supply inventory. Escort vendors to designated service areas as needed. Troubleshoot minor copier issues (e.g., clearing jams) and coordinate service calls when necessary. Assist with event setup, including furniture arrangements for hospitality requests. Provide general support to the facilities team, including assistance with office moves. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior mailroom experience preferred, including familiarity with postage equipment and standard procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Experience with Neopost/Quadient mail systems, Quadient Package Tracking, and major carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) is a plus. Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb stairs, bend, and reach overhead. Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing 20 lbs or more. Willingness to work overtime as needed. The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) program with a generous profit-sharing contribution, medical, prescription dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; disability coverage; paid holidays; vacation; and sick time, subject to plan terms and Company policies.
