Real Estate Courier

Primary Job Role:

We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our Operations team. This position is primarily responsible for managing the delivery, pickup, and tracking of signage, lockboxes, and related field equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Logistics & Courier Services:

Drive daily routes throughout the tri-county area to deliver and retrieve For Sale signs, Sentrilock lockboxes, and other marketing or operational materials. Accurately track inventory using company systems to ensure all equipment is accounted for, organized, and well maintained. Troubleshoot basic issues with Sentrilock lockboxes; ensure they are in working order and ready for agent use. Communicate effectively with team members and agents to coordinate deliveries and prioritize urgent requests. Assist with organizing and maintaining the storage facility, including restocking supplies and managing equipment returns.

Qualifications:

Clean driving record and valid driver's license required. A background check will be completed prior to hiring. Prior experience with real estate signage and Sentrilock systems preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a large inventory efficiently. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Dependable and customer-service oriented with the ability to pivot between field work and office support. Comfortable using mobile apps while in the field to share route updates. Comfortable or willing to learn tracking systems to log activity and inventory. Proficient with Google Calendar and Google Spreadsheets.

Work Environment:

This role requires a combination of driving and physical labor. Must be comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a collaborative operations team.

Pay:

$18.50 per hour
